Introduction-Rebecca

Welcome to It's a Planner's Life Blog!

I know the first post is usually always an introduction of the writer, in this case there will be two introduction posts...and no it's not because I am so interesting that I will be needing two posts to introduce myself but because I am only half of this blog. My best friend is the other half. You will learn more about her once she posts her own intro. Now on to the post...

Hi! My name is Rebecca and I am 29 years old. I was born and raised in beautiful California, USA. I am a mother, girlfriend of 7 years, crafter, and now obsessive planner! Not that I haven't always been a planner...for as long as I can remember I have always loved making sure that I always had a plan for everything (it calms me although it drives the BF crazy). I have just grown a bit more obsessive these days with all the adorable things that I am finding that I can do with my planner!

Maybe I should delve into this a little deeper, I have always been a crafter (as mentioned above). My Mom is a crafter and a half, she can sew, paint, quilt, crochet, stamp, scrapbook, etc. I, myself, found my niche in scrap-booking, digital scrap-booking, and recently painting (and when I say painting...I mean with stencils because I can not draw to save my life). So, when my best friend introduced me to the world of Planners it was amazing because it is right up my alley and I am super excited to get into this some more!

My interests include photography, stationary, creating, scrap booking, makeup, shopping, the color: baby pink, animals, etc

My Planner: I currently have an Aqua Day-timer Family Plus ( I got it at Walmart about a year ago before my planner craziness began) I just needed something to organize myself better. Its a wonderful planner and I have gotten and am still getting a great deal of use out of it, but I have just ordered my very own Raspberry Finsbury Filofax and am so excited to get it. I will still be using my Day-timer but as a home-school planner for my son.

Wow, its always so hard to write these intros...but I hope you join us as we begin our planner journey! Thank you for taking the time to read up on me!
